We want you to feel confident in choosing Üel Life. Here's how refunds work for our 3-month coaching program.
Before your program starts
If you've enrolled but your program hasn't started yet, you may cancel and receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee.
After your program starts
Once your coaching program is underway, refunds are calculated based on how much of the program has been delivered. Because coaching, planning, and support are provided on an ongoing basis, we prorate refunds for the portion of the program not yet delivered.
Email info@uel.life with your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
