Üel Life is a wellness platform that facilitates connection between patients, US-licensed healthcare providers, and US-based compounding pharmacies. Üel Life is not a healthcare provider or pharmacy. We do not practice medicine. Medical decisions are made solely by the licensed clinicians on the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Üel Life, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of the United States
- Have legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your medical assessment
3. No doctor-patient relationship with Üel Life
A doctor-patient relationship is formed between you and the licensed clinician who reviews your assessment — not with Üel Life. Üel Life is a technology platform that connects you with that clinician.

5. Our services
Our services include:
- A medical assessment platform
- Connection to US-licensed clinicians for evaluation
- Coordination of prescriptions with partner pharmacies
- Ongoing care messaging and support during your program
We do not guarantee approval. Approval is at the sole discretion of the reviewing clinician.
6. Pricing and payments
Üel Life sells 3-month program packages as one-time purchases:
- Semaglutide program: $759.99 for 3 months
- Tirzepatide program: $959.99 for 3 months
Each package includes the medication, all injection supplies, the initial clinical consultation, ongoing dose adjustments, unlimited messaging with your care team, and free shipping.
Payments are processed by Square. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount disclosed at checkout.
If your assessment is not approved, you will receive a full refund. See our refund policy for details on cancellations after starting.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information in your assessment
- Share your account with others
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer medications received through Üel Life
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We may terminate your account for violations.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ÜEL LIFE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
9. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE TO BE DETERMINED BY LEGAL COUNSEL]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Class action waiver: You agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.
